We develop and manage projects from the preliminary functional programming stage through design development, construction document production, construction services procurement, construction contract administration, and warranty. Our construction drawings and specifications are technically rigorous and we work closely with contractors to monitor progress and quality. This attention to detail ensures that the final product meets the needs of our Client and fulfills the initial design vision.
