The Institute for Cancer Research (ICR) is a research facility aimed at supporting a collaborative approach to biomedical research. ICR invites top researchers from around the globe specializing in the fields of cancer, neurological and cardiac research for the development of new forms of diagnosis, treatment and screening for cancer. The facility is housed within an existing three-storey, 58,000sf building that required extensive renovations to a former Cancer Treatment Centre. Lab spaces were developed for wet and dry research, cell culture, X-Ray, Electronics, Microscopy and small animal imaging. The facility also includes a Class-10,000 and Class-100 clean room.
