Extensive renovation of two areas flanking a main pedestrian corridor connecting several areas of the Agora building in Lakehead University. The project goal was to increase the visibility, available working and office space, and attractiveness of the LUSU office area, improve the overall work environment and functionality of the space for staff and students.
The project included:
• determination of LUSU functional program requirements
• review of existing building documentation
• structural review for integration of new construction into expanded existing spaces
• integration of feature lighting
• selection, integration, and procurement assistance of new furniture and office systems with LU IT Department
