As a senior technologist, project manager and Principal of the firm, Karl has a variety of responsibilities including construction review, building code review, contract administration, inspections, reporting, coordination of engineering disciplines, and progress drawings. He also prepares working drawings, 3D renderings, specifications, site plan control agreements, regulatory approvals and coordinates complex renovation and new build projects. Karl has a clear comprehension of the approval process, working closely with clients to exceed their project expectations.
