A single storey 10,500sf office building designed for True Grit Engineering, a progressive firm providing engineering, air and environmental services. The interior environment provides a creative and collaborative workspace with open workstations, glazed office partitions, allowing an abundance of natural daylighting and flexible workspaces. The office space was designed with demountable partitions to accommodate the addition of future staff. The slab-on-grade is heated providing radiant in-floor heating to maximize the thermal comfort for the staff. In addition, the building envelope was designed to meet the new energy codes.
