Kim is responsible for the management of architectural projects and all aspects design direction, production and coordination of construction drawings, tender administration and contract administration. Kim has worked on an array of project types including institutional, commercial, recreational, large scale residential and renovations with both public and private clients.
Kim is committed to exploring ways in which emerging technologies apply to the industry. She produces a wide range of deliverables using Revit Architecture and AutoCAD, including construction drawings, 3D promotional renderings and imaging, budget evaluation spreadsheets and schedules. Kim employs design strategies that encourage project solutions based on input from all stakeholders. The high quality of her work reflects her understanding of the importance of meeting client needs at every stage in the design process.
With a background in both visual arts and architecture, Kim enjoys balancing the creative and complex demands of challenging projects.
